Decarbonization in Pan-Asian Data Centers2
Asia Pacific’s real estate markets are navigating meaningful transition, with sustainability disclosure frameworks advancing across the region and investor expectations rising. We engage with our real estate portfolio companies through a deliberate, asset-class-specific approach, supporting sustainability strategy and the infrastructure needed to meet evolving expectations.

In Indonesia, Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil has rolled out for backup generators, reducing associated emissions by 70 – 90%. PDG is deploying rooftop solar across sites in Shanghai, Johor, and Indonesia. The company has raised approximately $1.8 billion USD in green and sustainability-linked financing. At the portfolio level, PDG has achieved 100% renewable matching for its Scope 2 emissions and fully offset Scope 1 emissions.
